At twenty2, we want your eyewear to reach you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where we deliver your orders.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.
If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or process a refund.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link via email.
You can also view your order status by logging into your twenty2 account under My Orders.
If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier partner.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will resolve it promptly.
