T2 Money Policy
1. Eligibility & Redemption
- T2 Money is a rewards program available to all Twenty2 customers who make eligible purchases.
- T2 Money earned can be redeemed for a discount on future purchases on the Twenty2 website.
- T2 Money is redeemable in full (100%) against the purchase price of eligible items.
- Once T2 Money is redeemed, it cannot be used again or exchanged for cash.
2. Validity & Expiration
- T2 Money is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
- Any unused T2 Money will expire automatically after 12 months and cannot be reinstated.
3. Restrictions & Limitations
- T2 Money is non-transferable and cannot be sold, traded, or bartered.
- T2 Money is not redeemable for cash and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
- T2 Money is intended for individual consumer use and not for resale purposes.
4. Fraud & Misconduct
- Twenty2 reserves the right to disqualify or remove T2 Money from any customer suspected of fraudulent or illegal activity related to T2 Money or their Twenty2 account.
5. Modifications & Termination
- Twenty2 reserves the right to modify, amend, cancel, or terminate the T2 Money program at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of program termination, Twenty2 shall not be held liable for any claims of loss or damages related to T2 Money.
6. Disclaimer
- Twenty2 shall not be responsible for any failure to register or loss of T2 Money due to network issues, technical malfunctions, payment failures, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
- Any disputes related to T2 Money or its use shall be solely between the customer and Twenty2.
7. Indemnity
- By participating in the T2 Money program, customers agree to indemnify and hold Twenty2 harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their use of T2 Money or violation of these terms.
8. Acceptance of Terms
- By participating in the T2 Money program, customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
